Mudras

Mudra having many meanings, generally signify a gesture, a mystic position of the hands, even a symbol.

Tips for better sleep

Now a days we must know about our selves and must maintain our health better. Here we going to know some easy tips for better sleep.
1.  Every day we must go to bed in the night and get up in the morning and also weekend days.
2.  we may eat a light dinner at least one or two hours before sleeping and never eat or drink large amount before bedtime. Too much liquid can cause you to wake up repeatedly during the night time for trips to the toilet.
3.  Excercise regularly : it will help us fall asleep faster and make us sleep more restful. 
4.  Adjust the lighting, noise lever to our prefereces.  Make  bed room cool, dark, quiet and also comfortable.
5.  If you don't fall asleep within twenty minutes, get up and start reading a favorite book or listening to soothing music. Relaxing activities done with lowered lights can help you to ease the transition between wakefulness and sleepiness.
6.   Start a relaxing bedtime routine. Go to bed when you are tired and turn out the lights. If you are work nights, limit daytime sleep to about a half -hour  and make it during mid-afternoon. Keep your window coverings closed then the sunlight, which adjusts the body's internal clock, does never interrupt your sleep.  If you have a day job and sleep at night.

7. Practice Yoga and Meditation regularly to maintain physical and mental health.
